Payment
Red Square Logistics ApS receives online payments with Visa and Mastercard.

The payment will not be charged to your account until the ordered service(s) have been performed or sent.

All amounts on the website are excl. VAT.

The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Kroner (DKK) and Euro (EUR).

Red Square Logistics ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information using the SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by other outsiders.

Red Square Logistics ApS’ webshop is also encrypted using the SSL protocol.

Right of withdrawal
No right of withdrawal is granted on goods purchased in our webshop as the goods are such that there can and should not be granted a right of return under Danish law.

We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others; the data is only registered in our customer directory. You can have your information deleted at any time.

For you to enter into an agreement with Red Square Logistics ApS, we need the following information:

• Address
• Phone number
• E‑mail address

We register your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal data is registered with Red Square Logistics ApS and is stored for up to five years, after which the data is deleted.

When collecting personal data through our website, we ensure that this is always done by you granting your express consent so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

The CEO and employees of Red Square Logistics ApS have access to the data registered about you.

We do not store and transmit customer data encrypted.

As registered with Red Square Logistics ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what data is registered about you. We use log statistics at www.boxtorussia.eu, which means that a statistics system collects data that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from, and where on the website it is left, etc.

The log statistics are only used to optimise Red Square Logistics ApS’s website.
