Procedure for export to Russia

The webshop's order information regarding sales to Russia is transferred to us via an XLS file. The file is emailed to us and also serves as a booking.

The information from the XLS file is uploaded to our IT system and information about the shipments is sent to the Russian customs. At the same time, we make documentation that is required for import customs clearance in Russia.

We send you transport labels to be put on each box. You do NOT need to enclose an invoice or other documents at checkout.

The boxes are sent to our warehouse in Germany.

When the packages have been registered as received in our warehouse, we will send an email to your customer in Russia informing you that the item is on its way. In the email, your customer is asked to send information to be used for customs clearance in Russia. All information can be entered online.

The goods are shipped from Germany every tuesday and friday. The consignments are delivered to customs terminal in Russia and according to the rules may not be delivered until customs clearance has been made. How long it takes to do the customs clearance depends on whether we have received the necessary information from the recipient.

When the shipment has been cleared through customs, it is sent on to the warehouse closest to the recipient. 1-2 days before expected delivery we contact to agree when we can deliver the package.

The shipment is delivered to the recipient.
